The repair and replacement of such defective parts constitute complete fulfillment of all the obligations of Forte furniture and specifically excludes any product problems arising out of mishandling, improper handling, third party assembling, incorrect assembling and willful damage. If during the warranty period, this product is proven to be defective under normal usage in design or workmanship, our representatives will assist in evaluating the complaint and subsequently repair or replace the defective part on the conditions stated hereafter. warrants this product to be free from any manufacturing defect at the time of sale and for the period of 12 months from the date of sale as evidence by the sale particulars mentioned in the invoice.
